Strata Title Survey
First of all, Happy New Year 2007 to all Pangsapuri Limau Manis residents!Our RA is currently conducting a survey regarding "Strata Title". The objective is to find out the total number of owner who has obtained the "Strata Title". For your information, the RA is getting strong support from the Batu Kawan MP, Mr. Huan Cheng Guan, who will assist us to setup the Management Corporation. With the setting up of the Management Corporation, we will be able to take control of our own property. However, the pre-requisite is one-third of the owner must already obtained the "Strata Title". Thus, we would like to appeal to all owner who has obtained "Strata Title" to come forward and contact any of the RA member. Remember, "The Power is in Your Hand!".
