Organising Management Corporation

Dear Limau Manis Apartment Residents,

The RA is currently making efforts to organise the Management Corporation. Once setup, the MC will take over the property management from the hands of the developer. The RA need strong support from the fellow residents in order to be successful. Potted Plants on the ledge

It was found that some residents placed potted plants on the ledge. Please be reminded that to place potted plants on the ledge is a very dangerous act. The pot may fall, due to strong wind or human carelessness, onto the passer-by, causing serious injuries, which are not covered by insurance. You will be solely responsible for the consequences.
