NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting of the Association will be held at Dewan Orang Ramai, Pangsapuri Limau Manis on Sunday 3rd December 2006 at 10:00 a.m. for the following purposes:-
AGENDA
1. Speech by Chairman
2. Minutes of 2005's AGM
3. Matter arising from 2005's AGM
4. To receive and adopt the Annual Report
5. To receive and adopt the Financial Statement
6. Discussion of member's proposals
7. Other matters
Note: All proposals must bear the signature of the proposer and the seconder, and must be submitted to the secretariat three days before the AGM. Late submission will not be entertained.
